The Donelli MXP plant, located a stone’s throw from Malpensa Airport, is our new powder coating hub, designed to respond quickly to the needs of the international market and particularly the oil & gas sector.
The result of a radical redevelopment in 2023, the MXP plant integrates spaces and technologies conceived for maximum efficiency and quality. It has interconnected and modular production areas, air-conditioned warehouses, logistics areas, quality control laboratories, and a fleet of overhead and gantry cranes for handling large parts.
Processes include manual and automatic sandblasting, FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating, powder coating with polymerization in special ovens, and liquid painting of valves, actuators, and components used in drinking water and gas applications.
This site stands out for its rapid order processing, its ability to adapt to specific regulations (KIWA, AWWA, WRAS), and the presence of expert and continually trained technical staff.
