Saudi Aramco has approved Donelli Alexo for application of Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) as internal lining system for valves, joint, pipelines, monobaskets in accordance to ARAMCO 09-SAMSS-091 Specification.
Applied FBE systems work with maximum operating temperature of 95°C under continuous service, pH range from 3,5 to 8 and maximum allowable service pressure 3.000 PSI.
More in detail, the following systems in acordance to ARAMCO 09-SAMSS-091 are executed at our Cuggiono plant:
- APCS 102A – Treated seawater and potable water;
- APCS 102B – Untreated seawater, fire water, Wasia water, wet crude, sour crude and crude oil;
- APCS 102C – Sour gas, seawater, potable water.
In addition, FBE, upon completion of application and testing, are machinable to reach the desidered fry film thickness to the micron!
