Group Companies

The business that Giovanni Donelli started in 1911 is now a Group of companies controlled by and affiliated with Euros S.r.l.. This holding company, based in Milan, controls a total of seven firms, six of which operate in Italy and one in Albania. Additionally, in collaboration with a local partner, it maintains a stable presence in Mozambique. The companies within the Group are active in the fields of corrosion and fire protection, as well as the restoration and preservation of civil and industrial infrastructure. They serve a wide range of sectors, with the main ones being oil & gas and energy (approximately 50%), hydroelectric (10%), HVAC (10%), industrial construction (10%), civil construction (7%) and commercial construction (5%). Other growing sectors include valves (approximately 5%), chemical-pharmaceutical (5%), food, data centers, aerospace, and defense.

Activities are carried out both in specialized facilities, equipped with modern proprietary technologies or managing those of customers (approximately 40%), and directly on customer sites for maintenance (approximately 50%) and new construction (approximately 10%). Thanks to a dynamic and structured approach, our Group is also present on the international market, with projects in various countries, including France, the Netherlands, Albania, Bulgaria, Mozambique, and Ghana.
