2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT – Donelli Alexo

Dear Stakeholders,

We continue Donelli Alexo’s sustainability reporting journey with the awareness that doing business today means taking on a responsibility that goes beyond economic performance, striving every day to strike a balance between industrial innovation, competitiveness, safety, quality, and the ability to generate lasting value for people, the local community, and the entire supply chain.

2025 was a complex year, characterized by an unstable international landscape, volatility in the energy and commodities markets, profound geopolitical shifts, and an ever-evolving European regulatory environment. The debate on sustainability has undergone a significant redefinition: on the one hand, the entry into force of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the growing focus on ESG transparency; on the other, the progressive European shift toward regulatory simplification mechanisms through the Omnibus Package and the “stop-the-clock” directive, designed to balance sustainability and industrial competitiveness.

In this context, Donelli Alexo has chosen to maintain a clear direction: to continue investing in quality, innovation, expertise, and industrial sustainability, viewing ESG issues not as something separate from business, but as a structural component of our corporate evolution. Operating in the industrial sector today means facing increasingly complex challenges on a daily basis: energy efficiency, operational safety, resource management, supply chain reliability, regulatory compliance, decarbonization, and the ability to adapt to technological and environmental changes. Above all, it means being aware that every production process generates impacts, responsibilities, and opportunities throughout the entire value chain.

For Donelli Alexo, sustainability has never been merely a statement of intent. It is a concrete approach that takes shape in operational decisions, investments, plant management, the pursuit of innovative solutions, the quality of relationships with customers and suppliers, and a constant focus on the people who contribute to the company’s growth every day. In 2025, we continued our efforts to monitor and improve environmental performance, consolidating our energy and emissions analysis activities, strengthening oversight of industrial processes, and continuing to invest in efficient resource management. At the same time, we continued our training initiatives, skills development, and health and safety protection efforts, based on the conviction that human capital is the key strategic factor for addressing future transformations. Furthermore, this year we obtained Uni PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality by implementing training and awareness-raising activities on issues of inclusion, equity, and diversity. 2025 also marked the launch of our Academy, which saw the participation of 13 people, half of whom were then hired. These are just two of the projects that demonstrate Donelli Alexo’s determination and commitment to continuing to generate economic value for people and the local community.

This Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards and supplemented with a reconciliation table to the VSME standard, serves as a tool for transparency, accountability, and strategic vision. It does not merely report results and indicators; rather, it describes an ever-evolving industrial journey, grounded in the commitment to build long-term value through an increasingly informed, measurable, and structured approach. We recognize that sustainability is not a static goal, but an ongoing process shaped by choices, investments, active listening, and the ability to adapt.

That is why we will continue to work with pragmatism, responsibility, and an innovative spirit, keeping at the center what has always distinguished Donelli Alexo: quality, technical reliability, and industrial vision. Because we believe that the future of the industry is built on expertise, responsibility, and the ability to turn change into shared value.

We hope you enjoy reading this report.
